If you feel down or depression, just let it feel
First of all, you are NOT a fragile person who is like easy to cry, glum, irritate and so on.
You are already strong enough. Because you feel that you want to improve or develop yourself to a better side.
I personally have felt depression, irritation and disappointment for around 20 years, to be honest.
But now, I understand that I don’t need those emotions anymore and I can live with joy, happiness and kindness.
How?
You just feel your negative emotions first. It might be tough for you. But you just let it feel.
Then, if possible, it would be recommended to write down why you feel it.
What is a trigger? If you picture a scene in the past, you may have got hurt because of it.
You might drop tears during this work, but it’s ok. Your tear shows that you allow yourself to accept that emotion.
Then, you just say to yourself: “I did my best. Thank you for having me that experience.”
If you are a perfectionist, you may feel that you maybe could do something better at that moment.
It would be. However, we can think that you can now find that way (solution) because you have developed your experience or mind through the experience.
